We are in the middle of one of Uganda's two annual rainy season. No big deal--the rain keeps temperatures cool, gives the air a new fresh feeling, and helps plants grow. However, when it rains in Kampala it also floods. Luckily we are not usually on the road when it floods but, if you are, it looks like this:
